Our counselling sessions help you to work through difficulties. 6-12 sessions are usually required. Most sessions will be taken together but in some cases, one to one sessions may be required.
We offer a safe and private environment for children to talk about stressful issues such as bullying, low self-esteem, worries, fears etc. We can help address psychological or behavioral issues with positive psychotherapy and talk therapy. Relaxation techniques such as sound therapy are very beneficial for stressed out children.
